didnt submit an entry last night as i was too tired from barbecuing and i smelled like blood and oil. fingers were stained from all the lamb, beef and chicken blood hehe. sounds gross eh? hair and face were greasy. i bet an egg could've been cooked on my face. had so much trouble with the barbecuing. my toes and hands were pretty much half cooked from all the hot oil that splattered. it was a fun night nevertheless. met a lot friends and made new ones too.
in another 2 hours or so, i'll be going off to KLIA to send charmaine off. it'll be an emotional good-bye most definitely. i've had so much history with this woman. though she's only going to be gone for a year, the first time will still be tough. today, we both went to our favourite usual breakfast / brunch coffee shop to have pan mee for one last time. just the two of us. though it was only a short while, it was meaningful.
i guess we all grow up eventually and changes are bound to happen. its just the matter of how we deal with these changes and make the best out of it. i have a belief that life or God, if you will, has an automated "repair" mechanism to help individuals get their lives back on track when all else fails. meaning, things will work themselves out eventually. again, its how we deal with the outcome.
